High-speed fuse protects power semiconductor devices

The series is especially created to protect power Semiconductor devices covering diodes, triacs, IGBTs, SCRs, mosfets and other semiconductor elements employed for power converter and processing accessories. The notably fast circuit protection of this product line hence satisfies the demands of modern power converters.

These components are employed in variable frequency drives, inverters, rectifiers and soft starters, UPS, which are seen, for example, in the pulp and paper industry, cranes and heavy-duty accessories, the manufacturing industry or wastewater treatment plants.
