From the perspective of environmental protection, noise that interferes with normal rest, study, and work is considered noise. From a physical point of view, noise is the sound produced by the irregular vibration of the sounding body.
In the stereotype of machinery, in addition to strong production capacity, there are actually some dangers. Why do you say that? For example, are you very scared of the sound made by the machine during our production operations or during the debugging of the CNC milling machine? I believe most people will do it~ After all, it comes with heat, power, and operating errors will cause an explosion, but anyway, the noise from the machine is a warning to us, or a cry for help from the CNC milling machine itself. If the sliding block on the ordinary guide rail is noisy during work, how to solve it? Next, let's go straight to the noise problem of CNC milling machine!
First of all, we have to distinguish between noise and normal noise. The rolling body on the slider moves back and forth in the track groove, and the principle of circulation is carried out. When the rolling body slides, there will be noise, and this kind of noise is not called noise, and it is basically non-productive. Any impact, but it can also be eliminated. If the noise is too loud, it will be different from the noise during normal operation, and even abnormal operation will occur. This will cause the service life and accuracy of the CNC milling machine to decrease, increase the repair cost, and even cause the machine to be scrapped in severe cases.
Therefore, you should not be alarmed when you hear the noise from the machine, and distinguish whether the sound is caused by the abnormal operation of the machine. If so, please refer to the following methods:
Light preloading: It is suitable for equipment with a certain load direction, sensational, small impact, two shafts used side by side, low precision requirements, and low sliding resistance.
Medium preload: equipment with cantilever load or moment action, single-axis motion equipment, light load and high precision.
Heavy preload: CNC milling machine that requires high rigidity, high vibration and impact force, high load and heavy cutting.
Overweight preload: requires higher rigidity and greater vibration and impact force.
